Many of our attorneys joined the firm after having practiced with larger regional and national law firms. This experience is invaluable. And our clients don't get lost in the shuffle since we practice in a smaller firm environment.  All of our clients receive the personal attention to detail that they deserve.  This is a basic value that we will not compromise.

Since its inception in 1991, the firm has selectively hired attorneys and consciously controlled its growth to maintain its values. Excellence in legal representation and personal service in the most professional, effective, cost-efficient and ethical manner possible are what have earned Earp Cohn lawyers their reputation. Today, the firm has 14 lawyers in 2 offices, Cherry Hill, New Jersey and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  

The firm has a multi-focused practice with extensive capabilities including bankruptcy; corporate, business and tax; elder law; estate planning and administration; litigation, including commercial, employment, insurance, and personal injury; non-profit enterprise; public finance; real estate and land use; and white collar criminal defense and government enforcement; and worker's compensation. Our clients range from individuals, fiduciaries, and partnerships to a variety of sizes and types of businesses and corporations from closely-held to publicly-held companies, banks and lending institutions, charitable and non-profit institutions and municipalities.

The communities we serve know one thing for sure too.  Our lawyers are deeply committed to public service through their involvement in a variety of professional, municipal, charitable, political and other public organizations. Earp Cohn lawyers all contribute in some way. For example, many serve on charitable or cultural boards or committees they lead and are active in bar and other professional associations. Earp Cohn lawyers participate in organizations that serve our clients, participate in youth sports organizations and even serve as elected officials for a local municipality and the State of New Jersey.
