JOHN ADLER is a seasoned litigator and is committed to public service.
John has served as New Jersey State Senator since 1992, as Conference
Chair of his Senate Caucus since 1994, and as Chair of the Senate Judiciary
Committee since 2002.
In his private legal practice, John focuses on complex corporate litigation matters and NASD securities and commercial arbitrations. He has conducted jury trials in Federal and State courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has served as an arbitrator in commercial disputes.
John has represented clients in securities and other complex litigation matters in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and Florida including:
- Successful representation of management and
minority shareholders in shareholder disputes
- Creation of a hedge fund
- Successful defense of churning, unauthorized trade, and unsuitability claims
- Arbitration of broker-dealer correspondence
agreements
- Arbitration and litigation of professional services contracts, including dissolutions and restrictive covenants

Member of the Camden County and New Jersey Bar Associations as well as the American Trial Lawyers Association.
Community Service:
In addition to his positions noted above, John also participates on the boards of Virtua Health and Hospital Foundation and the Camden County Chapter of the American Red Cross. He also served as Councilman in Cherry Hill Township from 1988-1989.
