Donald A. Nogowski is a seasoned attorney with broad-based legal and professional experience. Don has been successfully representing individual, corporate and non-profit clients in complex real estate, business and financial matters for many years. Prior to becoming an attorney, Don’s professional experience included more than ten years of service as CEO , COO and/or CFO of companies in the real estate development, technology and manufacturing sectors

    Don (along with John Adler) are “Red-Book” listed municipal bond attorneys, having successfully served as Underwriter’s Counsel, Borrower’s Counsel, and Trustee’s Counsel in a variety of complex bond transactions.

    Chapter 11 Reorganizations; Reorganization outside of Bankruptcy; Creditor Representation in Bankruptcy; Bankruptcy Litigation

Donald A. Nogowski was ranked 6 th in his class at Widener University School of Law. He also wrote for Widener Law Review and received numerous other academic awards including the J. Gainey Award in Criminal Law; and American Juris Awards in Criminal Law, Evidence and NJ Practice.

Admitted and actively practices in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
