Delia A. Dougherty is an associate at Earp Cohn P.C. focusing her practice on commercial litigation, general civil litigation, insurance matters, estate and probate matters. Following law school, Ms. Dougherty served as law clerk to the Honorable Charles A. Little, Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division in Camden, New Jersey. Subsequent to her clerkship she practiced in the areas of insurance and construction defect litigation.

Community Involvement
Ms. Dougherty has dedicated many hours to the Pennsylvania Farmworkers Project of Philadelphia Legal Assistance and Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program as a volunteer preparing and reviewing income tax returns. She also served as a Continuing Legal Education Instructor for the Tax Clinic. Ms. Dougherty has received the Program Award for Three Years of Service, the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic Award, and the Internal Revenue Service Recognition Award for Outstanding Public Service.
