Kevin J. DiMedio represents his clients by utilizing a wide range of experiences gained while serving both public and private sector organizations. Mr. DiMedio's practice focuses on business and commercial matters including real estate/land use as well as transactional, compliance and litigation matters. Having previously served as in-house counsel for both privately-held companies and a Fortune 500 company, Mr. DiMedio is able to view his clients' needs from the perspective of an owner as well as a client. He knows the importance of providing prompt and thorough counsel to support his clients' business decisions.
Mr. DiMedio has also spent many years supporting clients' land development and community construction projects, and has experience representing such clients in all phases of real estate practice including: site evaluation, land acquisition, due diligence, approvals & permitting, closings, community association formation & administration and sales. Mr. DiMedio has also served as a municipal planning board solicitor, and his broad experience from all sides of land development is incorporated in his handling of such land use law matters as site plans and subdivisions, affordable housing, redevelopment, as well as related outside agency matters including environmental concerns, utility capacity issues and traffic matters.
Mr. DiMedio's commercial and insurance litigation experience includes representing individual clients and businesses in contract litigation, construction and construction lien claims matters, collection matters, real estate tax appeals, insurance litigation, mediation, arbitration, and other commercial litigation issues. He also represents physicians, engineers, and other licensed professionals.
Prior to joining Earp Cohn, Mr. DiMedio served as in-house counsel to privately-owned real estate development companies and to a publicly-traded building company. Mr. DiMedio's experience includes serving in New Jersey State government and as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John B. Mariano, Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County.
Mr. DiMedio has been a lifelong resident of New Jersey, and currently resides in Haddonfield with his wife and their five children. Kevin graduated from Haddonfield Memorial High School and The University of Delaware, before attending law school. Mr. DiMedio also spent many years working for his family's businesses, DiMedio Lime Company & DuBell Lumber Company, which have served the region's building materials needs for over 60 years.

Community Involvement
Mr. Dimedio is a member of the Advisory Board for both Babes Kids and the Canuso Foundation. He is also a member of the Tavistock Country Club in Haddonfield, New Jersey. He serves as general counsel to Haddon Heights Good Neighbors, a non-profit assistance organization.
