Shelley Levitan Adler represents individuals and businesses in corporate transactions and litigation. She is admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania and practiced in a major Philadelphia firm for over 10 years before joining Earp Cohn P.C. Prior to entering private practice, she was a law clerk for the Honorable Barrington D. Parker, a federal district judge in the District of Columbia.

Ms. Adler has experience with a variety of corporate litigation matters, including complex shareholder litigation. She has advised clients in corporate governance and other matters. She has also consulted with corporations on public policy and litigation matters.

Ms. Adler is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Illinois.

Community Involvement
Ms. Adler was appointed as a member of the New Jersey Motion Picture and Television Commission by the Governor of New Jersey. She serves as the state-wide co-chair of the Civil Rights Committee of the Anti-Defamation League. She has held elective office as a member of the Cherry Hill Township Council, and has also served on numerous other charitable boards and projects.
